The Garden Room Suite can accommodate:

The Hardy Room is also available if you require a more intimate setting or a break out room accommodating:

  • 40 delegates theatre style
  • 20 delegates classroom style
  • 20 board room style

The Hotel can provide an overhead projector, screen, flip chart, TV and video. Fax and copying facilities are available at extra cost.

Working with you we can plan refreshments to make available throughout the day from a continental breakfast through to a three course dinner or buffet.

Business Dinners & Parties

Packfords has played host to many business gatherings over the years. Our staff will ensure that your event runs smoothly and to your exact requirements.

The Garden Room Suite accommodates from 35 – 80 people for a three course meal with coffee or up to 140 people for an informal buffet.

The Hardy Room is ideal for a more intimate event accommodating from 15 – 35 people for a three course meal or up to 50 people for an informal buffet.
